Transitional services provide housing for at-risk children, children aging out of foster care,
young adults and women that are homeless or at-risk of being homeless, living in poverty, suffer from
addiction and/or a mental/physical disability. The primary goal of the services is to address the immediate
needs, temporary housing, food, clothing, individua/group/family counseling, recovery, family reunification
and referrals for those in need of emergency transitional housing and/or crisis intervention services.
