Street Outreach connects and builds relationships with homeless youth, provides vital
resources information, Care Kits with food, clothing, hygiene products, blankets, and resource list. Provides
referrals and linkage to safe and stable housing, education and employment services, medical and mental
health services, Access Florida and other necessary wrap-around services. Outreach workers educate and
discuss harm reduction techniques associated with street life and provides each youth with Integrity Youth
Association’s 24-hour phone number to call for assistance. Social events and activities are planned with
and for street youths; movies, picnics, birthday parties and day long activities. Helping the youths know that
there are caring adults who are concerned about their well-being and want to see them safe and
successful.
